Registration process

As the number of places at the conference site is limited and to guarantee a close interaction of all participants of the conference, we have to limit the total number of participants at a fixed threshold. If you are interested to take part in this event, please register using the registration link below. Shortly after registration closes, the organizers will reach out to confirm your attendance and provide further details on how to pay the registration fee. As this is the first iteration of this meeting, we have no good estimate on the expected number of registrations, but we are optimistic that we can accommodate most of the registrants.

Together with your registration, we ask you to submit a short abstract of a contribution to the conference you are planning to make. You have the choice between a talk or a poster presentation. Depending on the available slots in the program and the number of submissions, the organizing committee will select from the pool of abstracts, taking into account any preference you may have expressed.

After decision, the selected abstracts will be communicated together with the conference program on this conference website.

Registration cost

The registration cost contains both the support for organizing the conference logistics (venue, rooms, IT, logistics) as we all as the board cost for food and drinks during the event. We currently offer two categories for registration: academia and industry.

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the registrations fees, except if we have to move to an online version, due to COVID-19 restrictions. If a registered attendee is unable to attend the Conference, their registration may be transferred to another person who is not already registered for the Conference at the same institution or organization at no additional charge.
